SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the Myrtle Beach Club Card (“MBCC”) text-message program. By opting in, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Program Sponsor
This SMS program is operated by Wicked Events, LLC, doing business as Myrtle Beach Club Card, located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, United States.
Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Myrtle Beach Club Card. Messages may include:
- Daily event schedules during your Senior Week
- Concert, party, and venue announcements
- Schedule changes, time updates, and weather-related notifications
- Exclusive offers, promotions, and last-minute deals
- Reminders related to your card purchase or event check-in
How to Opt In
You enroll in the program by checking the SMS opt-in box at checkout on myrtlebeachclubcard.com, by texting a designated keyword to our short or long code where advertised, or through any other method we make available. Your consent must be affirmative; we do not pre-check the opt-in box on your behalf.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can buy any MBCC product without joining the SMS program.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by season and by the events tied to your purchase. During your active Senior Week (between the start and end dates of the card you purchased), you may receive up to one message per day. Outside of your active event week, you will typically receive fewer than one message per week.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier’s plan. MBCC does not charge a fee for sending these messages, but your carrier may charge you for sending or receiving them. Please check with your wireless provider for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message we send you. After you send the opt-out message, we will send you a final confirmation message acknowledging that you have unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive additional marketing messages from us unless you re-enroll. You may also email support@myrtlebeachclubcard.com to request removal.

Supported Carriers
The MBCC SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and most regional and prepaid carriers.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to enroll in the SMS program. The phone number you provide must be a U.S. mobile number that you own or have express permission to use. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Privacy
Your phone number and any related information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your phone number to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your information with service providers (such as our SMS platform vendor) solely to operate this program.
Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via SMS or email. Your continued participation after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Disclaimer of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wicked Events, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of messages; any information sent through the program; any actions you take or fail to take in reliance on a message; or any harm resulting from a third party intercepting or accessing messages sent to you.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this program will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Horry County, South Carolina.
