What to Pack for Senior Week in Myrtle Beach (The List That Isn’t Obvious)

What to pack for Senior Week in Myrtle Beach: the ID you need, theme-night outfits, the stuff grads forget and what to leave home.

4 min readUpdated Oct 2026By Myrtle Beach Club Card

The Senior Week packing list that actually matters starts with two things: a valid, physical photo ID and your Myrtle Beach Club Card order confirmation. Everything else on this list (party outfits, wet-proof shoes, a battery pack) just makes your week in Myrtle Beach smoother.

You already know to bring a swimsuit. This guide covers what grads forget, what makes theme nights better, and what to leave at home so your bag has room for everything you’ll bring back.

The non-negotiables (pack these first)

  • A valid government-issued photo ID. Every theme party checks it at the door. A driver’s license (a learner’s permit counts), a state-issued ID, a U.S. passport or a passport card all work. Bring the physical card, not a photo of it.
  • Your order confirmation. Printed or pulled up on your phone. You’ll show it when you pick up or receive your Club Card.
  • A phone battery pack and a charging cable. Your confirmation, your ride and your group chat all live on your phone.
  • Any medication you take, in its original packaging, plus a small first-aid kit for blisters and sunburn.
  • A debit card and a little cash for food, rides and partner deals.

Card reminder: Staying in Myrtle Beach or Surfside? Call 888-523-9076 for FREE card delivery to your rental. Staying in North Myrtle Beach or Cherry Grove? Pick it up at Myrtle Beach Tours, 109 Ash St., Saturday & Sunday 1pm – 5pm, or call for free delivery. Lost cards aren’t replaced, so treat yours like cash.

Pack for the theme nights

Each party on the Senior Week 2027 schedule has its own vibe, and the right outfit is half the fun. Plan one look per night you’re going out.

Party What to pack
Aqua Wet-N-Wild Foam Party Clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting soaked. Think quick-dry and nothing precious.
LIT Ultra Glow Party Neon colors, white pieces that pop under blacklight, glow accessories.
Snowfall All white. The dress code is “wear white, glow bright.”
Pardi Gras Purple, green and gold. Beads get thrown, so dress to catch them.
Neon Splash Bright neon and another outfit that can get wet.
Jersey Night Your favorite jersey: team, school or throwback.

Plan outfits by your week

Your week decides which theme nights you’ll hit, so pack for those. Here’s the 2027 lineup by week (full details on the schedule):

  • Week 1 (May 31 – June 4): Pardi Gras, Aqua foam, LIT glow, Neon Splash. Pack two outfits that can get wet.
  • Week 2 (June 5 – 11): Jersey Night, Pardi Gras, Aqua foam, LIT glow, Snowfall. Bring a jersey and an all-white look.
  • Weeks 3 and 4: Snowfall, LIT glow, Aqua foam. One all-white look, one neon look, one wet-proof look.

Thursday, June 3 and Thursday, June 10 are concert nights (artists TBA), so leave room for one more outfit if you’re going.

Your beach-day bag

  • Sunscreen (reapply after swimming) and lip balm with SPF
  • Sunglasses and a hat
  • Towel and a change of clothes for the walk back
  • Water bottle and snacks
  • A waterproof phone pouch
  • Your card and ID stay at the rental, locked up. You won’t need them on the sand.

Things grads always forget

  • A second pair of shoes that can get wet. Foam nights and the beach will wreck one pair fast.
  • Sunscreen and aloe. A bad sunburn on day one can cost you the rest of the week.
  • A refillable water bottle. Staying hydrated between beach days and late nights is what keeps the week fun.
  • A light layer. Check the forecast before you leave and toss in a hoodie for breezy nights or air-conditioned venues.
  • A small crossbody or zip pouch for your ID, phone and card, so your hands are free.
  • A copy of your rental’s rules, especially guest limits and check-in times.

The shared-rental kit (split it with your crew)

If you’re sharing a condo or house, don’t let six people bring six bottles of shampoo. Assign the shared stuff in your group chat before you leave:

  • Paper towels, trash bags and dish soap
  • A Bluetooth speaker (keep it reasonable; rentals have quiet hours)
  • Beach towels and a beach bag
  • A power strip, because there are never enough outlets
  • Snacks and breakfast basics for the mornings

What to leave at home

  • Anything you’d cry about losing. Expensive jewelry and designer pieces don’t survive foam cannons.
  • Your full closet. You’ll live in swimsuits, shorts and your theme-night outfits.
  • A fake ID. Seriously. Every event checks real ID, and showing up with a fake is the fastest way to lose your night.

Senior Week packing FAQ

What ID do I need for Senior Week events?

A valid government-issued photo ID: a driver’s license (including a learner’s permit), a state-issued ID, or a U.S. passport or passport card. Theme parties are 17+ to enter, and concerts at House of Blues are all ages. See Senior Week rules and ages.

Do I need to bring my order confirmation?

Yes. Bring it printed or on your phone. You’ll use it when your Club Card is delivered or when you pick it up.

What should I wear to the foam party?

Clothes and shoes you’re fine getting completely soaked. Leave anything delicate at home.

Can my friend use my card if I forget mine?

No. Club Cards are non-transferable. You sign the back when you get it, and staff check that signature against your photo ID at every event.

Got your week picked? One card gets you FREE entry to your week’s theme parties, discounted concert tickets and deals at 20+ local spots.
