Compare all four Myrtle Beach Senior Week 2027 weeks: dates, card prices, and every theme party and concert night, so your crew can pick the right week.
The best Senior Week trips are planned in three waves: lock in your crew and your week this fall, sort money and logistics over the winter, and handle the small stuff in the final week before you drive to the beach. Here is a month-by-month Senior Week 2027 planning timeline so nothing sneaks up on you between now and May 31.
The 2027 calendar at a glance: Senior Week runs May 31 – June 25, 2027, in four weekly sessions. Week 1: May 31 – June 4 Week 2: June 5 – 11 Week 3: June 12 – 18 Week 4: June 19 – 25
Fall (October – November): Pick your people and your week
Everything else depends on two decisions, so make them first.
Lock the crew
Have the “are we actually doing this?” conversation early. Get a real yes from everyone, not a “probably.” A group of six committed friends beats twelve maybes every time. If you need help sorting who should come, read our guide to choosing your Senior Week crew.
Choose your week
Your graduation date, summer job start, and family plans usually decide this for you. Each week has its own party lineup, so compare them side by side before you commit. Our breakdown of Week 1 vs 2 vs 3 vs 4 walks through every night.
- Weeks 1 and 2 include a live concert night (artists TBA) plus five or six theme parties.
- Weeks 3 and 4 are three-party weeks: Snowfall, LIT Ultra Glow, and Aqua Wet-N-Wild.

Winter (December – February): Money, rules, and the group chat
Build a simple budget
Write down the big buckets: where you are staying, gas or travel, food, your Club Card, and spending money. Split shared costs early so nobody gets surprised later. Your card price is easy to plan around: Week 1 and Week 2 cards are $90, Week 3 and Week 4 cards are $70.
Learn the age and ID rules now
Theme parties are 17+ with valid government-issued photo ID. Concert events at House of Blues are all ages. Make sure everyone in the group has a driver’s license (a learner’s permit counts), a state-issued ID, or a U.S. passport or passport card before you leave. Full details live on our rules and info for parents page.
Set up the group chat the right way
One chat, one pinned message with dates and the address, one person in charge of money. We wrote a whole post on Senior Week group chat rules because this is where trips quietly fall apart.
Spring (March – April): Buy your card and plan your nights
Once your week is locked, grab a Club Card for every person in the group. Each card is valid for one person and for the specific week you choose at checkout, and you can add multiple cards to one order.
Refund windows: Club Cards are refundable up until the day before your week starts. Week 1 cards through May 30, Week 2 through June 4, Week 3 through June 11, and Week 4 through June 18.
This is also the time to look at the Senior Week 2027 event schedule together and decide which nights are must-do. Check the cardholder discounts too, so you know where to eat and what to book once you are in town.
May: Final logistics
Decide how you are getting your card
- Staying in Myrtle Beach or Surfside? Call 888-523-9076 for free card delivery to your resort or rental.
- Staying in North Myrtle Beach or Cherry Grove? Pick up at Myrtle Beach Tours, 109 Ash St., North Myrtle Beach, Saturday and Sunday 1pm – 5pm, or call for free delivery. More on our North Myrtle Beach Senior Week page.
Save your order confirmation
Bring it printed or pulled up on your phone. You will get your week’s event schedule when you pick up or take delivery of your card.
The week before: The small stuff that matters
- Confirm everyone’s arrival day and who is driving whom.
- Pack your ID first. No ID, no entry.
- Screenshot your order confirmation in case service is slow.
- Save the hotline: 888-523-9076.
- Remember your card is non-transferable. You sign the back when you get it, and staff check that signature against your photo ID at every event.
- Treat your card like cash. Lost cards are not replaced.
Five timeline mistakes to avoid
- Booking before the week is agreed. Your Club Card works only for the week you choose at checkout, so get the whole crew on one week first.
- Waiting on the one friend who will not commit. Set a deadline in the group chat. If they cannot commit by then, plan without them and let them join if they can.
- Forgetting about ID until May. Learner’s permits and state IDs take time to get. Check everyone’s ID in the winter.
- Ignoring the venue for each night. Parties happen at House of Blues Myrtle Beach (North Myrtle Beach) and 3001 Nightlife (Myrtle Beach). Knowing which is which helps you plan rides.
- Missing the refund window. If plans change, act before the day your week starts. After that, refunds are not available.

Senior Week planning FAQ
When should we buy our Club Cards?
As soon as your group has locked its week. Cards are refundable until the day before your week starts, so buying early does not lock you in if plans change before then.
Can one person buy cards for the whole group?
Yes. Add one card per person to the cart at checkout. Everyone still needs their own card and their own ID at the door.
What if someone in our group decides to come last minute?
If you are staying in Myrtle Beach or Surfside, the delivery agent will have extra cards available when they drop yours off.
Do we need the card for concerts?
Concert tickets are separate, but Club Card holders get discounted concert tickets. See the Senior Week concerts page for updates on the 2027 lineup.
